Shipping policy

Order processing times vary. Please allow 72 hours. We use a drop shipper to process all of our orders, so shipping depends on each supplier. Shipping varies between 5 and 20 days. If in the United States or Canada, it is closer to 5 - 10 days. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees or back end charges once the package is on it's way to you. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed.

Please make sure your name, address and telephone number are accurate when placing your order. If they are not, Pixie Stick is not responsible for anything sent to the wrong address.
