The grey chenille is soft, the cushions are nicely firm (not the kind you sink into), and even with my toddler climbing all over it, the frame stays sturdy with no squeaking or wobbling—overall a really solid couch that actually holds up to everyday life.

Delivery was within a week and the quality is good. If you set the air conditioner to a low setting and use the ceiling fan on the second speed, it's very nice. The LED turned out better than expected, which is really great.
